Check on a learner
For a learner in one of your classes. Shows their upcoming assessment load from the school calendar, and — only if they've used their personal planner — a few wellbeing signals from what they've logged there.
🔎 Find a learner
Only learners already in one of your classes show up here — same as everywhere else on the platform, this doesn't open up every student school-wide.
📋 Assessment load
From the school-wide assessment calendar — the same one every teacher can already see and post to.
💛 Wellbeing signals
Based only on what this learner has chosen to log in their own personal planner. A student who hasn't used it shows "no data" — that's absence of data, not a sign anything's wrong. A light week here also doesn't necessarily mean a light week in reality, or vice versa — treat it as a conversation starter, not a verdict.
